2021 - CURRENT Sr. TECHNICAL PRODUCT MANAGER
- Managed portfolio of small, medium, and large clinical studies tracking product initiatives united under clear product strategy that generates $2M in annual revenue.
- Played active role in recruitment and lead product team expansion.
- Supervised planning, development, and implementation of Merck internal tools for all stages of clinical tracking. Which saved clinical researchers over 30+ hours per month with our tracking tools.
- Established criteria for each milestone within product roadmap as means to measure developmental progress.
- Conceptualized and deployed enhanced product features and optimized implementation for use in marketing strategies.
- Managed cross-functional team and stakeholder communication.
- Lead the development for a new B2C SaaS product to enable project managers to easily track clinical studies, which grew to 5000 users in the first year.

- Designed procedures for storyboard composition, action creation and storytelling protocols to complete an end to end workflow on Figma.
- Developed and delivered presentations to stakeholders at the end of each sprint, including user demos.
- Designed and implemented functional, integration, configuration, and system acceptance test suites; code and implemented automation components leveraging Python with a Selenium WebDriver and REST APIs for front- and back-end testing.
- Introduced agile methodologies and effective development best practices to division to enhance product development.

- Planned and executed a data clean up feature which lead to a new increase in new user of 29,000 annually.

- Optimized the quality of Vertex’s SaaS tax application product by designing and executing automated and manual test suites for daily/monthly releases.
- Investigated test suite execution failures occurring on Jenkins, RIDE and PyTest to determine root cause and worked with the scrum team to identify test script update needs or log items in Jira as warranted.
- Designed and implemented functional, integration, configuration, and system acceptance test suites; code and implemented automation components leveraging Python with a Selenium WebDriver and REST APIs for front- and back-end testing.
- Revised, modularized and updated old code bases to modern development standards, reducing operating costs and improving functionality.
